In Japan, illusionist means Magician. But in old time back to war period of Sengoku Times one great illusionist existed this area named Kashin Koshi. Kashin Koshi performed following illusion.
1. When he was young and living as monk at Japanese temple, he performed illusion. He pushed himself into top of Tokuri , sake bottle. This matter surprised all the monks and colleague.
2. He performed Seika Jiutsu which means Kashin Koshi planted seed or dropped seed on earth and covered the seed with wide cloth. When he repeatedly covered plant gradually plant grew bigger and bigger.
Plant made small flower and grew up to small tree still grew bigger and bigger and bear fruits all the twig.
He cut off pear and actually ate pear. This Seika Jitsu belong to Zatsu-Gi imported from China.
3. Another illusion performance is Don-Giyu Jitsu which means eating cattle from tail to head.
Actually body was covered by the cloth a little by a little. One boy witnessed from tree and discovered this covering cloth trick and shouted this was a fake trick. All the audience noticed trick suddenly and came back usual consciousness.
Kashin Koshi got angry at boy and suddenly head of boy dropped from tree.
4. One more illusion is that picture of scenery describing mountain and river.
Samurai could see flowing boat was stood by one old sailer Kashin Koshi himself. Kashin Koshi became bigger and bigger. Finally river water flood out of picture in reality. Samurai began to swim in the water but still water gushed out consequently people began to drown.
Everybody let themselves down to earth without consciousness.
5. Matsunaga Dan-Jiou said to meet Kashin Koshi. Masunaga Dan-jiou was a land lord of one district in Japan. Matsunaga Dan-Jiyou asked Kashin Koshi something amazing thing. Kashin stood by near and gradually outside became dark and Matsunaga Dan-Jiou could see a body of woman. Middle aged woman turned out to be Matsunaga ex-wife who died many years ago. Matsunaga clearly recognized her face in darkness.
Matsunaga came back to life and a body of woman was disappeared. Judging from the situation, Matsunaga was dreamed of conquer in Japan out of ambition at same time was afraid of Kashin terribly. He thought Kasin could do anything what Kashin dreamed of. Suddenly Matsunaga kept away from Kashin Koshi because it looked like best safest way in this way. Kashin GOT BACK TO THE PAST brought back ex-wife body.
6. Toyotomi Hideoshi who used to be a king of Japan met Kashin.
Kashin arranged meeting isolated garden.
Kashin made illusion of Girl who Hideyoshi in younger days RAPED this Girl. For Hideyoshi, it was top secret matter in his whole life and it must be hidden from public. If this secret was exposed, he was fallen into very shameful situation. Hideyoshi said to be escaped from this scene and forgot all whole matter.
If this story was hold true, Kashin got back to the PAST TWICE and brought back a body of Girl.
