Collagr.com was created late June 2007, but it wasn 't until mid July that the site really stated to get popular. Blogs from around the country and around the world were talking about Collagr.com. Pretty friggin sweet. Then we realized that we had something here that the public liked using so we started building more features into Collagr.com. The goal of collagr.com is to give users the ability to generate collages of your memories all via a web-based application. Christian Sanz, Co-founder, CEO & Chief Architect

Chris also has held similar positions in other companies, and he is well-known for his ability to architect and manage high volume, high transaction and high performance distributed systems."I started to code Collagr.com back in June 2007. It was a Thursday afternoon and I remember coding non-stop until the following day at around 6AM. I wasn't completely done, but I felt it was necessary to put it live as soon as possible. I wanted to give users a little tease. All of a sudden I started to get a huge amount of traffic from blog web sites around the world." "Andy helped with the logo and gave me some tips on the user experience, shortly after that I asked him to join forces with me and help me take Collagr.com to the next level. Since then Andy and I have been working really hard on new ideas, new features and planning out the future of Collagr.com. We are having soo much fun!""I love photos and I really enjoy seeing them come to life when they are all right next to each other. We hope you enjoy them as well. We love suggestions and we take them very serious, so please share yours thoughts with us and we'll do our best to make them a reality" My collagr wish list: A plug from tech crunch *wink*

We sat down and started to brainstorm exactly what we could offer people through Collagr.com. The ideas came bursting out. 'Would people like this?' 'You know everyone is going to love that!', etc. My personal goal for Collagr is for people to reveal and tell their personal stories through their collages. Its a great way to take various moments in one's life and somehow see what those memories were in one glance. Cuz all life is, is a bunch of snapshots. Every memory is a photo. Collagr is just a great way to share them.""As an amateur photographer, photos are pretty darn cool to me. Now with Collagr, I can blend my two loves, photography and the internet, into one."My Collagr Wishlist: One of our collages on the cover of Time Magazine for end of the year issue.
